1- What is your refund policy?
In order to request a refund you must obtain a refund approval number by emailing us. Your refund approval number will be accompanied by detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us. We will only refund the products if they are in their original packaging (sealed). The cost of return shipping is buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive the product we will deduct the shipping fee as well as a 20% restocking fee from your original payment and reimburse you the remaining fund within 3-5 business days.
2- Is online shopping really secure?
Online shopping on our website is handled by PayPal. “PayPal has designed many checks and balances into its system to keep errors and fraud to a bare minimum. You won’t find another online financial institution that’s better at protecting its customers than PayPal” (PayPal).
3- How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed by 1:30 pm EST, ship either on the same or next business day, unless otherwise noted or on back order. You will be notified if a back order exists on a product that you have ordered. (Although very rare, delays can happen. We do NOT guarantee shipping times).
4 – Can I upgrade shipping on my order, I need it really fast!

5- What methods of payment do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal

7- Should I buy from book stores or online?
This is entirely up to you. We have made our products available in book stores to make it more convenient for our clients to obtain our products.
8- Do you offer group discounts if I purchase more than one product?
